This has fueled him to create success and make a positive impact on the world around him. Skylar started in real estate at the age of 18 and failed miserably. From there he started many businesses, all which failed. At age 22 he started in the financial services industry and build a million dollar company. After selling it, he moved into the restoration industry where he is currently scaling up a Fire and Flood Restoration company which generates 6+ million in revenue and has 40 employees. He gets his fulfillment from high growth opportunities and mentoring his team.
