COURSES

These ccourses have been developed for an organization that wishes to provide ongoing development of their staff, on-site—or remote online—during normal work hours. All of the courses are taught by business executives who also possess the experience of teaching in the university setting. They are designed in the same vein as graduate school courses, with preparatory reading, reflective writing, group conversations and hands-on exercises to reinforce the learning with each participant. All lessons are not only practical, but the process has also reulted in improved relationships among the participants, creating a collaborative atmosphere in the workplace.
