Circle of Trust

Circle of Trust

We utilize a trust development model called the "CIRCLE of TRUST".

As a part of our approach, we utilize a trust development model called the Circle of Trust. We use this model to build trust by listening to understand and sharing from experience, which leads to more respect, deeper levels of trust, and the type of relationships that lead to accomplishing organizational goals. Once we gain an understanding of issues from all points of view and establish a foundation of trust, we can then more effectively approach systemic and operational issues within an organization.
We have developed the Circle of Trust process over years of working in our leadership workshops and offsite retreats. The process works between individuals or groups to build on any relationship and includes four components:

The foundation of great leadership is trust. Without trust, relationships crumble, teams falter, and progress stalls. Leadership is about building that trust deliberately, creating an environment where people feel safe to be vulnerable and empowered to excel.

Respect

Embracing humility and recognize the dignity embedded in every living body. Start there, earn a different layer of respect later.

Listen to Understand

Empathy is the key here, listen to understand where the other person is coming from, I might just learn something, but I know I will deepen the connection.

Deliver the Promise

Do what you say you are going to do, everytime!

Share from Experience

Rather than give advice, Nobody we know likes to be told what they should do, but it helps to know that they are not alone in their struggles.
