COURSES

These courses have been developed for an organization that wishes to provide ongoing development of their staff, on-site during normal work hours. All of the courses are taught by business executives who also possess the experience of teaching in the university setting. They are designed similar to the graduate school courses, with preparatory reading, reflective writing, group conversations and hands-on exercises to re-enforce the learning with each participant. Each course was developed based on the needs of former clients, and the lessons are not only practical, but the process has also proven to improve the relationships among the participants, creating a collaborative atmosphere in the workplace.
