Core values are the beliefs you have that you live for and will fight for, no matter what. These are what we as an organization believe in and will fight for even if. Your core values are the ties that bind the organization together. Just think about it for a minute, if your company’s values did not align with your personal values, it would be impossible to enjoy your job. If that is true then ask yourself:
“How important is it for my company to develop our core values?”
“How should we as an organization go about defining them?”
“Who should be involved in this development process?”
We believe that while a vision can be defined by the founder of an organization, the core values should be a collaboration of the team who you count on every day to manage your processes.
